I've been surrounded by spirit my whole life, but I never questioned it. It was just my normal life to feel watched and surrounded every day. Ghost hunter shows actually made me question things in 2021. I started learning that I wasn't just surrounded and hearing from spirits, but that I could connect and have a conversation with them. It's given me true purpose for the first time in life. I studied under Kelly Ferro, Lisa Williams, Julie Adreani, Kim Conway and mentored under Cindy Kaza. All of them amazing teachers! I use all my intuition, empathy, and all my Claires to connect with people in the next life. I thank spirit/source for the opportunity to do this work.

So I've officially been diagnosed with PTSD and MDD. Now the work begins.

I'm going to my first therapy session tomorrow. Part of my focus will help me strengthen my spiritual path. Right now I have no balance so that's my starting place.

Hey everyone. I think everyone knows that i relocated, I've been taking time to acclimate. My mental health right now is at the forefront and shadow with. I will be back full time soon. The demonstrations are still part of the main plan.

My meditation today showed me the flow of the universe. The wind flows the rivers, lava flows, life flows. Allow yourself to go with the current. Life doesn't always have to be going against the flow.

It's okay to lean into the wind when you can't hold yourself up. Let yourself be carried when you can't walk. Surrender is not weakness. It's a part of the human experience.

It's okay to not be okay sometimes. It's our great storyteller minds that create hard times. Remember we are light, we are all one. Wr are outside of time and space the only truth is love. Nothing can truly hurt us. We are not this physical world. Remember that we are forever we are infinite. Love yourself because I love you.

Being grateful isn't just about what you do have. But also what you don't have that doesn't serve your best life. Spirit always reminds me to drop what wears me down and keeps me from being in the world the way I'm supposed to be.
