๐ฉบ๐ Protect Your Kidneys, Protect Your Health ๐๐ฉบ
Today is National Kidney Day, a day dedicated to raising awareness about kidney health and the importance of prevention and early detection.
Your kidneys work around the clock to filter waste, balance fluids, and keep your body functioning properly. Unfortunately, kidney disease often develops silently, with little to no symptoms in its early stages.
At Access Health Physician Services, we encourage everyone to take proactive steps to protect their kidney health:
โ Stay hydrated
โ Maintain healthy blood pressure and blood sugar levels
โ Eat a balanced, kidney-friendly diet
โ Schedule routine health checkups and screenings
Early detection can make a life-saving difference. If you have risk factors such as diabetes, high blood pressure, or a family history of kidney disease, talk to your healthcare provider about kidney health screenings.
๐ Your health matters. Your kidneys matter.
