What is Colon Hydrotherapy?
Before we address what Colon Hydrotherapy is, let’s discuss what it is not.
Colon Hydrotherapy is not a glorified e***a.
Colon Hydrotherapy is not a colonic.
Enemas and colonics were both methods of cleansing the lower bowel with water. The similarity ends there.

Early research concluded four significant developments;
1. Slow gentle administration of water into the bowel was effective and able to cleanse entire length of the large intestine all the way to the cecum.
2. Because low amounts of water were being introduced, balances within the bowel were much less likely to be disturbed.
3. Water was now able to gently enter the bowel and “seep” into the “nooks and crannies” (like diverticula) allowing the water to soften and loosen hardened f***s.
4. By changing the water temperature during the coarse of the session, they were now able to stimulate the muscles of the bowel itself, thus creating a toning effect, which eliminated the possibility of dependency on Colon Hydrotherapy

Colon Hydrotherapy is the gentle introduction of temperature controlled, pressure controlled water into the colon via the re**um. Water gently fills the colon, hydrating and softening compacted f***l matter. Water and f***l matter is evacuated through a disposable waste tube using the body’s natural peristalsis. We use a closed system with all disposables. F***l matter goes right into the sewer system so that there is no smell. We provide a relaxing environment where you can focus on your session and let go as your nervous system shifts into a state of restoration and balance.

It also contains a high amount of Vitamin C to boost your immune system. The vitamins and minerals in pineapple could help shorten viral and bacterial infections and strengthen your bones. It also contains calcium, vitamins A, B6, E, K, folate, magnesium, potassium, zinc, phosphorus, and iron. Look for a pineapple that’s heavy for its size. It should be free of soft spots and dark eyes (the scaly bumps on the outside). A ripe pineapple will smell sweet on the end. Great for post workout too!
