As a mother of 7 children, I experienced many ups and downs with keeping my family healthy over the years. Repeated ear infections and breathing problems with my children had me constantly into the doctorâs office. Antibiotics and breathing treatments were a constant in our home.
So many interactions with wonderful health care professionals inspired me to become a nurse myself. I wanted to help people, and I knew that educating people was the key.
In the pursuit of career and education, we moved out of our old trailer house we had remodeled and moved away and rented a new apartment. I noticed an oddity in that new apartment. . . The breathing problems and the infections became rare occurrences instead of the constant it had been over the years. . . Yet something like where you live was never discussed in any doctor visit. The next medication or tubes to let the ears drain or remove tonsils seemed to be the only option.
Yet along the way I met many wonderful people who were using other healing modalities besides prescriptions and surgery who helped my children to heal. Chronic constipation in one of my babies that needed help to have any bowel movements that resolved with one visit to an alternative health professional. Chronic ear infections in another baby that was scheduled for tubes that resolved with one Craniosacral session.
I learned the medical side didnât have all the answers. There were other ways. But, after another child had a ruptured ear drum from trying to use only colloidal silver for an ear infection, I knew natural health options werenât complete either.
Uniting the two extremes of natural and medical has been my mission and âA jack of all trades is a master of none, but oftentimes better than a master of oneâ has become my motto.
As I have set up my business and opened my shop, I have often been asked to list what I do. Itâs not so simple as making a list. What services do I offer? Well, honestly, it depends on what you need. As I meet with each person I lean heavily on intuition and am able to use any modalities I have learned to identify the best way forward to begin each personâs healing process.
These modalities include foot zone, craniosacral therapy, microscopic blood analysis, herbs, oils, UBI treatments, nutritional IVs, blessed waters, counseling, lab work and yes, even prescriptions if necessary.
I also have a deep love of God and will unashamedly mention God or a âhigher powerâ often, as I believe is it He who has led me to learn all that I have. And it is He who wants me to help others heal.
