Let’s get right to it!

1. Exercise regularly, at least 30 minutes of physical activity daily.

2. Work on core strength. The stronger your core, the less pressure and strain you on your lower back and spine

3. Keep an eye on your posture. Poor posture is a major contributor to chronic back problems and spinal issues

4. Sleep support! The quality of your mattress affects your spinal health as well as your ability to sleep.

5. Make sure you wear good shoes. Just like your body needs support while you’re sleeping, your feet and spine need support while walking.
