Handwashing is one of the simplest — and most effective — ways to prevent the spread of illness. A quick rinse isn’t enough… but 20 seconds of soap, scrub, and rinse can make a big difference.

Remember the basics:
• Wet your hands
• Lather with soap
• Scrub for 20 seconds (front, back, between fingers, under nails)
• Rinse well
• Dry completely
