As we close out this year, I want our supporters, partners, and community to know something very clearly: SOZO is only as strong as the people who show up here every day.

This team shows up when the work is heavy, when the days are long, and when the outcomes matter most. They bring professionalism, compassion, faith, and consistency into some of the hardest moments of people’s lives—and they do it with integrity and heart.

This Christmas gathering was a moment to pause and recognize the men and women behind the mission. The individuals who choose this work and carry it with excellence. They don’t just do a job—they steward lives.

To our stakeholders and partners: thank you for believing in SOZO and investing in this mission. Your support directly strengthens a team that is changing lives every day.

I am deeply grateful for this staff and honored to serve alongside them.

Christmas looks different in treatment—but it is no less meaningful.
We are honored, blessed, and deeply grateful for our partners who show up year after year and remind our clients they are seen and valued.

We are praying you come home for Christmas, and everyday after that.
