Yoga is one of the simplest ways to balance your chakras because it works directly through the body. Chakras refer to the 7 main centers of energy in the body and are used as a map to help people notice where they may feel stuck, tight, overactive, or disconnected.
Grounding poses help you feel stable.
Hip openers restore emotional flow.
Core work builds confidence.
Heart openers create space to breathe and connect.
And stillness allows everything to settle and integrate.
Tonight’s Chocolate & Chakras workshop was another beautiful event where we explored our energy, tested our chakras, and moved the body with intention to help energy flow more freely.
