Make sure you cultivate your mat carrier friends who will do REAL life with you. Doesn’t matter how many followers you have on social media it is the ones who follow you over mountain tops and in the pit of the darkest valley. Who will tell you the truth even when it hurts and step back with a healthy boundary when you’re destroying yourself. And when you look back it was one of the most selfless acts to be brave enough to risk the truth and say the hard things. And who was the first to celebrate your wins, sobriety, health, business as if it were her own. Thank you friend for loving me when I truly had no love for myself.
