After 26 years in business, one of the most important things I’ve learned is to stay teachable.

No matter how long you’ve been doing something, there is always more to learn. I believe growth comes from keeping a humble spirit, listening well, and continually improving.

I genuinely enjoy seeing other therapists and wellness professionals succeed. When people are committed to learning and doing their best, it strengthens our entire community.

Experience matters — but a teachable heart matters just as much.
