Looking for a responsible hard working individual that has great customer service skills for our Pooler location. Also, has experience verifying insurances, obtaining prior authorizations as well as, intake on patients, obtaining documenting their information and processing orders for billing. The job duties include working with referrals to qualify patients for DME equipment, daily operations of the DME store and strong leadership skills. Excellent attendance is a must. Pay based on experience.

Dependable, mature individual needed for customer service representative for a medical equipment store. Must be friendly and eager to learn. Experience with medical equipment is a plus.

Needs to work with referral sources, physician's offices and patients to build an order. Also, work with company billing personnel to provide documents needed for reimbursement.

Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm
