“Today is a day of thanks for things of the past, present, and future. As one chapter closes and another opens, we are grateful for our residents and the impact they make on our lives. Today we enjoyed each others company as we put together the Christmas tree, listened to Christmas music, and sipped on tasty hot chocolate. May we never forget our reasons why we do what we do. As this Christmas tree stands this season, may we remember that our Elders are the roots that keep the family tree standing tall. They are our family away from our own.
