🎣 Columbus Day Fun at Harborview Jesup!

We made the most of Columbus Day with a relaxing and fun-filled fishing trip! The weather was beautiful, the company even better, and the smiles were plenty.

After a great day by the water, we wrapped it up the best way possible, with a delicious fish meal! 🐟🍽️ Nothing beats fresh air, good friends, and good food.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this day special for our residents. What a memorable way to celebrate — with laughter, sunshine, and full bellies! 🌞💙

Congratulations to Ms. Mary Tanner on completing her therapy and returning home! Ms. Mary came to Harborview Jesup after sustaining a fall at home that resulted in a fracture. After many weeks of hardwork with PT, OT, and ST we are happy to send her home safely and independently. We wish you all the best! Thank you for trusting us with your care.💪

Whether it’s transporting residents to doctor’s appointments or taking them out for special outings, Kairen plays a vital role in the daily lives of those we care for. Mr. John Vernon came to us after a motor vehicle accident resulting in B ankle sprains and a lumbar compression fracture. Mr. Vernon worked diligently with Occupational and Physical Therapy to regain enough independence to return home to continue to heal and finish his therapy. Thank you, Mr. John for trusting us to care for you during this time! We wish you all the best! 💪💙

🎉 World Smile Day at Harborview Health System – Jesup! 😊

We had an unforgettable time celebrating World Smile Day with two of our wonderful residents at the homecoming football game! 🏈 It was a day full of laughter, good company, and so many smiles.

Not only did they enjoy the excitement of the game, but they also had the chance to reconnect with a couple of familiar faces from the past. It's moments like these that remind us of the power of friendship, memories, and community. ❤️
