Meet Jillian! Our newest team member 🤩

A lifelong dancer with 20+ years of experience and hundreds of workouts at Sessions, Jillian brings serious energy to the studio. Currently finishing her graduate degree at UConn in Health Promotion Sciences, she’s passionate about nutrition, movement, and helping people feel their best.

Her Hot Pilates classes blend dance-inspired movement with pulse-heavy sculpt work, fun sequences, and killer playlists that make the burn fly by. 🔥

Everyone loves a good before and after. The visual change is exciting and motivating, and it shows what’s possible when you stay consistent. But truthfully, the transformation picture is only a small piece of the story.

What matters more to me as a coach is what happens after the weight is lost. Can you maintain it? Are you stronger? Are you eating in a way that fits your real life, your schedule, your family, and your social life? Because a program that only works for a short season is not a successful program long term.

This is exactly why we focus on sustainable habits, strength training, and learning how to eat properly for life. Not just for a quick result, not just for a photoshoot, and not just for a short challenge or a fitness show. We teach real structure. How to fuel your body, how to stay active, how to build muscle, and how to maintain a strong, healthy physique even during busy seasons.

The goal is not just a transformation. The goal is a lifestyle you can maintain. Staying strong, improving year after year, and feeling confident in your body without constantly starting over. That is the real win.

Our March Momentum Challenge is officially underway, and this is your reminder not to coast through the next few weeks.

This challenge is simple:
Show up.
Log your classes.
Try something new.
Stay consistent.

31 classes in 31 days.
Take a class at both locations.
Try five different instructors.

Sarah just hit an incredible milestone — 500 classes at Sessions!

Five hundred times she showed up.
Five hundred times she chose herself.
Five hundred workouts that built strength, confidence, resilience, and grit.

This isn’t about perfection.
It’s about consistency.
It’s about becoming the kind of person who doesn’t quit.

Coach Jamie here 🙋🏻‍♀️with my physique update

Starting September 12 at 148.4 and sitting at 130 now means I’ve brought my weight down 18.4 pounds over the last 22 weeks, averaging about 0.8 pounds per week. Very controlled, very intentional fat loss while keeping muscle, strength, and performance as the priority.

This was coming out of a surplus and gradually tightening things up by cleaning up my food choices, tracking my macros daily, strength training 4 to 5 days a week, and staying consistent with my steps. No extremes, no crash dieting, just structure, discipline, and doing the fundamentals over and over again.

With eight weeks until show day, the focus now shifts to a slow and strategic reverse into the show so I can maintain fullness, protect muscle, and bring in my best physique on stage.

And most importantly, I practice exactly what I preach. This is the same method We coach our clients through every single day. We follow the same program, the same structure, the same standards. The only thing that changes is the macros based on the individual, their specific goals, consistency, macro tracking, strength training, and daily movement. It works when you actually work the plan💪🏻

At Sessions Wellness Studio we coach a wide variety of clients with a wide variety of goals. Fitness competitors, lifestyle clients, beginners, advanced athletes, men, women, busy moms, menopausal women, and those simply looking to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident. We also help clients properly navigate their GLP-1 journeys while preserving muscle, supporting metabolism, and maintaining long term results. Our expertise spans nutrition, strength training, body recomposition, and overall wellness so no matter the starting point or goal, the plan is tailored and sustainable. ❤️
