Coach Jamie here 🙋🏻♀️with my physique update
Starting September 12 at 148.4 and sitting at 130 now means I’ve brought my weight down 18.4 pounds over the last 22 weeks, averaging about 0.8 pounds per week. Very controlled, very intentional fat loss while keeping muscle, strength, and performance as the priority.
This was coming out of a surplus and gradually tightening things up by cleaning up my food choices, tracking my macros daily, strength training 4 to 5 days a week, and staying consistent with my steps. No extremes, no crash dieting, just structure, discipline, and doing the fundamentals over and over again.
With eight weeks until show day, the focus now shifts to a slow and strategic reverse into the show so I can maintain fullness, protect muscle, and bring in my best physique on stage.
And most importantly, I practice exactly what I preach. This is the same method We coach our clients through every single day. We follow the same program, the same structure, the same standards. The only thing that changes is the macros based on the individual, their specific goals, consistency, macro tracking, strength training, and daily movement. It works when you actually work the plan💪🏻
