There's 3 things you should never go to bed with out doing if you want your face to age gracefully

1.) Don't go to sleep without cleansing your face and if you wear makeup do a double cleanse! DO NOT sleep in your makeup! Your skin should be relieved of all the elements of the day that can irritate, inflame and clog your pores.

2.) Don't skip the night time skin routine. The night routine is skipped more than the morning routine but it is the most important of the two. Your skin regeneration and renewal happens while you sleep so you want to apply your topicals on clean skin before bed so you optimize the regenerative process that occurs while you sleep🛌💤😴

3.) Don't forget to change your pillow cases at least once per week. The dirt that collects on your pilow case will lead to breakouts and skin inflammation

Dermaplaning is one of my favorite at home treatments.
(Don't try this at home with a straight razor, you can get an at home dermaplaning tool from the store with a guard so you don't cut your face. I'm a surgeon. Do what I say, not what I do😉)

It turns out that I am extremely creative when I sit under a tree, who knew?🤷🏽‍♀️
I figured this out by accident about a month ago, sitting under another tree at the same park🌳
So now when my boys meet with their ⚾️ trainer, I bring work to do so I can be productive.
I'm working on a self driven version of the "It's Not a Diet It's Deliverance Challenge"
I had one idea in my mind of how it would go and boy did the LORD start flowing today and gave me so much more to share!
