Elbow pain can be frustrating and long lasting. Tennis elbow and golfers elbow are two of the common tendon issues that can occur. In addition to active release technique treatment, here are some exercises to focus on during your rehab.

You don't have to play tennis or golf to get these either. Elbow tendinopathies are common in weight lifting and cycling as well as repetitive use cases seen in office workers.

In my opinion, Bone Stress Injuries are one of the most overlooked conditions in musculoskeletal health. X-rays aren't able to see the less severe injuries that require an MRI to properly diagnose them and this may lead to prolonged healing and recovery times. In 2019, the EXPOSS (extremity pain of spinal source) study showed that a significant number of the participants that initially present with arm or leg pain had spinal origins of pain. What the researchers found was that on an exam they could influence the arm or leg pain the patient presented with by treating the spine.

This is why we often have to look at other areas of the body rather than just the painful area.
