the busier I get the easier it is for me to be present with my kids.
I’m so grateful for this busy season because it’s really teaching me to enjoy and slow down in the moments I can.
Mama, airplane mode and a local park will bring you and your kiddos such joy, I promise.
I also promise that you’re doing enough and you’ve got them enough this holiday season.
Presence over presents.

Less can be more when it comes to gifting & doing.
No can be the answer to plans.

Motherhood is hard enough.
I could easily let it become the reason I don’t exercise.
& it would be understandable.

it’s become infinitely harder finding the time after my second.
But darned if it makes me feel like me and me feel better and makes me a better mom!
So if you see me out here running in place with a stroller gently yelling at Mac to get back on his scooter… please yell “go mama go” 🤩
