Fridays are so special for Dr. Mal at Modern Chiropractic.❤️
We kick off our Fridays with team training and coaching calls, all geared toward being the best for you! While we’re not seeing patients, we’re busy leveling up our skills.
After some time in the red light pod, I hit the gym with my personal trainer, TJ at Fitz Fitness. Depending on the day, I either enjoy a heart-pounding workout followed by a soothing sauna or a refreshing cold plunge—always a great way to recharge!
Then it’s back home to whip up some healthy meals for my dogs (yes I cook every meal for them) before heading to the beach to run around and catch a stunning sunset.
