For the past 24 years, Destination Fitness has lead clients in the Midwest with restorative heath, exercise and wellness, all in the comfort of their home. Our mission is to provide the highest quality Exercise Therapy, Rehab Exercise, Senior Exercise and Personal Training, from the highest qualified Exercise Therapists in the Chicagoland and Milwaukee areas. Our services both motivates and positively impacts the overall health of our clients in an in home environment that promotes trust, well-being and safety. As does The Shirley Ryan Ability Lab, Advocate Hospice of Downers Grove and many other Physical Therapy institutes. Our caring attitudes shines through as we treat every customer with superior attention, integrity and respect. Destination Fitness is owned and operated by Jill Lindberg, Nurse and Medical Health Care Professional. While working in the healthcare industry and raising a family, Jill saw the need for Seniors, Adults and Children who wanted to become fit and healthy in the comfort of their own home without having to waste precious time running back and forth to the health club. She also saw a need for people who wanted quality certified trainers and exercise therapists who would give them their undivided attention without having to compete for fitness equipment, parking spaces or a free shower stall. Jill Lindberg, along with her team of Certified Exercise Therapists, Personal Trainers and Wellness Support Staff, truly enjoys helping each client reach their fitness and wellness goals, no matter how large or how small.

School is back in session and if you are a busy parent it seems impossible to get a workout in. Especially if you are spending your evenings driving your children to and from after school activities. We have a wonderful solution! Our Exercise Therapists are offering family group training sessions. Our team member can create fun group exercises for the whole family! Did you know that Medicare's Physical Therapy cap for 2025 is $2,410.00. Those funds go so very fast when you are recovering from a stroke. Many times Physical Therapy funds end and yet you still need help. If that's the case our Exercise Therapists are here to help you continue on your road to recovery. We have helped our clients recovering from stroke for the past 25 years and so love watching our clients improve each and every day!
