Hi friends! We have been getting a lot of questions about booking, so hopefully this helps!
We constantly get calls for same day appointments, and although we are very grateful for every inquiry, it is extremely rare that we have same day appointments. We love what we do and do it well, so it's best to book in advance if you can.
We do not have a receptionist, so the very best way to book with us is by going to our website. You can see information about all our therapists to see who is the best fit for your needs. You can also see all of our prices and services.
Our full list of availability is on our website. If you don't see an opening, that means there isn't one. We promise we don't have secret spots we are hiding, lol. We get calls almost daily asking this. Trust us, we want you on our table, so all available spots will be listed.

Our website is user-friendly, and it will take less than 5 mins for you to book. If you text us, we can book it for you. However, this will take longer depending on how quickly we can respond and will involve a lot of back and forth. Booking on our website will ensure you get the spot you want before it's gone 😊

That moment when the world feels like it's spinning out of control, and your nervous system is screaming for a break?

I've been there. Recently, I found myself on the verge of a complete meltdown. But then, I laid on this rock, in the middle of this river, and just let the earth do its work.

The cool water, the steady current, the grounding sensation of the rock beneath me... it was like a reset button for my entire being. I could finally breathe deeply again. That childlike sense of wonder and freedom? It came flooding back. It reminded me of the incredible, innate ability our bodies (and minds) have to heal, especially when we reconnect with nature.

At Twin Oaks Massage, we believe in the power of holistic healing – addressing the whole you, not just your symptoms. While a soothing massage can be a profound step towards calming your nervous system, true well-being often involves integrating other practices into your daily life.
