Alrighty!!!!!! Next Mama Meet Up!!!!

March 7th 12-3pm at the Clinic✨

It’s gonna be a Plant and Seed Swap party!

*The theme is to bring a house plant you want to give to another family( maybe doesn’t fit your feel anymore) and then bring home a new plant. New Spring energy!

*Also bring your seed packets that you maybe don’t wanna grow and go home with new seeds you can grow for your family.

*Even seedling starters are welcome for those starting gardens early

*The vibe is All Spring Ahead🎉 so feel free to dress like we are about to Spring out of here! Spring dresses and winter coats are recommended. Of course there is gonna be photos taken💓

The love that overflows when you get to take care of another Midwife, yall 🥹🥹

This woman got thrown every card you can imagine in the birth deck. Every corner she was faced with making yet another choice. And to witness her rise, and rise and rise, landed so heavy for me. As a Midwife taking care of another Midwife and witnessing one of your own be in the birth portal, is beyond humbling. It’s almost as if you can see yourself there birthing. These kinds of births, your knees are on the floor and every cande in your soul is lit.

Witnessing everything unfold and the way she remained soft was beyond inspiring. She got her VBaC and proved that persistence and unwavering love for your children can get you there!

Your birth will forever be a part of me my dear, remembering that moment you reached down and pulled her to your chest will always make me tear up🥹you did it!!!!! You did it!!!!

Today was our 6 week visit, and I remain confident that women can do anything!

Back at it✨ Started my next on call period!!! After two days of prenatals and postpartums I feel back!!!!

This work can only be done from a place where you feel full, whole, and excited to hold so much for women!!!

The beginning of this year feels really exciting, like I have all these butterflies in my stomach🫶🏽

My time off really showed me how I want to show up deeper, where to slow down, and what to start creating beyond what this practice has already.

So let’s do it!!! Books currently open and taking families for 2026🎉Also happy birthday to this Clinic and Practice that we are creating together, it’s our 2 year anniversary birthday of being open!

And just like that I have completed this on call period🎉🎉🎉 It has been a wild ride, one that has pushed me and opened my heart up even more for this community and you women!

This year🎉 in a reel, at least what I could fit🥰

But how could I ever capture all the moments!

You women have made this year. Your resiliency and strength. I am humbled beyond words for what this year has brought.

It has made me dream bigger, dig deeper, and just want more for this little pocket of the world.

The beautiful part of this year, is that women are beginning to shape THIS community. Yall are raising the bar, for what should be standard. Love, joy, celebrating each other, and the wisdom in that you don’t have to do this alone!

Women taking care of women has always been the mission. And what I do has always been about you✨

The sweet baby you all been lifting up, for so long is home with his family!

I got to hold him yesterday in the same spot where breathing for him was all we could do. The longest I have ever had to breathe for a baby.

He just sat on my lap yesterday, talking to me and smiling, his little soul shining so so bright. This little man, rocked my world!

Aubyn Lybarger the strength you built to get him back home with you is something I will never forget!

I love yall so much and am so happy he is here and he is home✨

I am throwing a Sacred Born Christmas Candlelight Party!!✨even though there a lot of December babies😅

Theme is your Best Little Black Dress, all of us dressed up(talking makeup and curled hair), a night to dress up and go all out, candles everywhere, Christmas Music, there might be lots of dancing, definitely all of having a good ole Christmas hang out!

This one is just for Mamas, just us women gathering and building each other up!

When: Dec 13th at 5pm

RSVP only since it’s at the clinic and it’s kind of small, but let’s pack it in, just message me for a spot!

Obviously we will be taking photos and documenting how good we all look!

My Story

Hey everyone! For those of you new to this page I wanted to share a little about myself and say welcome. . . I was born in the Appalachian mountains in Asheville NC, and work here as a Massage Therapist at a Chinese Medical Clinic. I am also a Certified DONA Birth Doula CD(DONA) and I'm so excited to offer love to my community. . . This theme of helping the woman, standing beside her, and being that person that goes in between for her, really started when I worked in Thailand for two years. I was working with women and girls who were at risk or trafficked into the s*x industry there. And since then I have travelled other places in the world witnessing and seeing what it looks like when a woman has no voice. My heart's cry is truly this! Advocating for women and girls. . . I want to do this for women everywhere. My hope is that through my Doula services that woman feel seen, heard, and loved. I think the most revolutionary thing me can do as Birthworkers is actually see the person across from us. See them and extend love, leaving out our own opinions. . . I am also a Co-Founder of the organization Wombs of the World, which is on a mission to support gentler births by connecting Professional Doulas with Clinics around the World, trying to bridge the gap to make Doula services accessible to every woman. We have programs now in Tanzania and Ecuador. I am so excited to be able to offer this to Doulas. Women supporting Women. . .
