Beginning March 1, join us for a free training challenge! To get started with the challenge, you will have a 40-60 minute meeting with a small group of 3-5 people and a trainer that includes:

📱 Setting up the training app
🍎Nutrition guidance
🏋️‍♂️ Basic workout program
😃Quick walk through of workouts
✍️Take starting weight and other measurements

After the challenge concludes, you will have a 20-30 minute follow up meeting with your small group and trainer.

February is American Heart Month, a time to raise awareness about cardiovascular disease, the No. 1 cause of death in the U.S.

At The Wellness Center, we believe heart health starts with small, consistent lifestyle choices like eating healthy, managing other risk factors and moving your body every day. 💪

The American Heart Association recommends 150 minutes of moderate activity or 75 minutes of vigorous activity each week, or a combination of both.

If you are looking to become more active and are not sure where to start, stop by the front desk, chat with our team you see around the center, or give us a call at 423.431.6668. We are happy to help you explore classes, equipment or simple ways to get started.
