Due to the continued severe weather conditions all SOFHA OB/GYN Offices will delay opening until 10:00 am tomorrow, Wednesday January 17th. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding as we strive to keep all patients and team members safe. UPDATE Re: Closing!!!!
Our JC OBGYN Office will be closing at 3:00 PM TODAY, January 16th due to the severe weather conditions. We will update our page with any additional updates for tomorrow. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to keep our patients and team members safe.

Due to the forecast of worsening weather this evening and early morning the OB/GYN offices will delay opening until 10:00 am tomorrow, January 16th.
For those patients with appointments tomorrow between 8:00 am - 9:45 am that we were unable to reach. We ask that you Please call our office @ 423-794-1300 after 11:00 am tomorrow and one of our team members will assist in getting your appointment rescheduled. If any additional delays or closures are necessary, we will update our page as soon as those become available.
