Don't forget to keep up with your hygiene visits. We all experienced a delay in care during the pandemic so it is understandable that some have gotten behind in keeping their hygiene visits on a regular schedule. However, we have instituted the safest practices possible with air filtration, masking, disinfecting surfaces, patient separation (we wear shields as well as other protective gear to assure we keep our patients safe) and temperature checks so you can feel safe having your teeth cleaned again.
Please note that we have found through the period of lapse in care that many patients are experiencing inflammation of the gums and as well as buildup of calculus and the presence of decay - due to the lack of regular hygiene visits. So please call and make your appointment and get back on track! Plus we miss seeing you!

Every staff member here, including Dr. Kucko, received both vaccination shots in February of 2021. Also, a large percentage of the patients we are seeing have received both vaccinations.
We also are still following the below protocols:
- For patient safety and the safety of our doctors and staff we ask if patients are ill or may have been exposed to a person who has been diagnosed, tested positive or who is suspected to possibly have the COVID-19 virus to please not visit our office.
- We pre-screen every patient on the phone with a series of 9 questions before each appointment..
- We ask that everyone come alone to the appointment. Only one person at a time is in the reception area. If more are there, we use a different room for the extra person.
- Everyone is required to wear a facial mask to the appointment until treatment is begun and replace the mask when the treatment is over and to avoid talking while the mask is off.
- Every patient is required to hand sanitize upon arrival.
- Temperatures are taken upon arrival with a non-touch forehead thermometer.
We are hopeful that this information makes you feel more confident about scheduling your important maintenance appointments with us. If you ever have any questions, please just give us a call! Cheers!

Congratulations to Dr. Nathan W. Kucko, PhD for defending his thesis and being awarded his PhD today in Nijmegen Netherlands at University at Radboud Medical Center. It was so great to watch it but so sorry our trip was cancelled. We love you 🥰

270 masks donated to local hospitals, ambulance crew, fire department and three NY Presbyterian Hospitals in NYC. Just finished 40 face shields for UHS. Ever onward! Thank you to our health care workers who put their lives on the line everyday. To the public, wear your masks - mine protects you and yours protects me.
