"If you set an intention for your day that you were going to live your day being your own best friend..they slow down they're present they want to spend time with you. What would it be like to spend time with yourself and listen? What would it be like to not be critical and not put yourself down but to look at what you are doing, and how you are growing, and how you are showing up, right? So becoming your own best friend is about being compassionate in these moments where you want to shame yourself."
