Bringing Mohs surgery to Johnson City and Broome County, New York

Dr. Egbers is an American Board of Dermatology certified dermatologist and completed an American College of Mohs Surgery (ACMS) fellowship at Johns Hopkins in Mohs Micrographic Surgery & Cutaneous Oncology.

After serving as Director of the Cutaneous Surgery & Oncology Unit (also known as the Mohs Surgery Unit) and Clinical Co-Director of the Multidisciplinary Cutaneous Tumor Board at the Johns Hopkins University Hospital, Dr. Egbers moved to Broome County to be closer to family.

He founded Anew Dermatology, Skin Cancer & Reconstruction, located in Johnson City, New York. He now practices there full time, caring for patients with skin cancer and other dermatologic needs. He maintains a part time affiliation with Johns Hopkins, seeing patients there on a limited basis.
