As of 8/01/2015, Lena will have 2 offices to serve those who wish or need to see her in person. Along with her office on Main St, Johnson City, NY, she will operate within the walls of Vital Link Wellness Center, 1434 Mt. Lena Sheehan has devoted over 25 years to assisting with the body, mind and soul needs of her clients. She believes all are important to consider when seeking total wellness and balance. Keeping in mind that no two people are like, while understanding and honoring your unique body type, wellness level, and belief system, she offers services and courses specific in assisting you toward achieving wellness and balance.

I have ignored this page for quite some time as I work on my writing career, so I will give an update of what's been happening with my wonderful holistic business.

First of all, in order to lighten my load of responsibilities to allow me to have the time I desire to write my fiction novels and self-help books (see Eileen Sheehan (author) Fan Page) I closed my offices. It was an easy decision to make, since 98% of my clients are not local and, therefore, I found myself doing readings and healings over the telephone with them. Even my classes became internet classes!

I realize that a few of my clients were accustomed to seeing me in person, but I'd like to remind them that when they sat opposite me for a reading, I closed my eyes! Truly, I find it easier on my own energy to work with people remotely; thus giving them a much better sessions. This goes for my spirit healing sessions as well, since I'm just an anchor for Spirit's healing work and Spirit knows no boundaries.

Although I consider myself semi-retired with my holistic business in order to pursue my writing career, I am still very open and eager to assist those in need so please don't hesitate to contact me if you feel you need my help.

As for parties. I will consider them on an individual basis.
