It’s starting to feel like Spring, so now’s a great time to announce our newest group starting in April! 🌸

We’re excited to announce, 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐬: 𝐀 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐬 𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐞𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 for girls and non-binary tweens and teens (ages 10-14).

If your child is struggling with loneliness, social isolation, or disconnection from themselves or others, this is the group for them! Ideal for tweens and teens interested in:
🌸building connections,
🌸developing avenues of creative self expression,
🌸and desiring a deeper connection with peers and themselves.

Faciliated by our experienced, nature-based therapist, 𝐒𝐡𝐞𝐚 𝐊𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐞, 𝐀-𝐋𝐏𝐂/𝐌𝐇𝐒𝐏, all group sessions will be held at the lovely Fauna Forest Farm in Jonesborough. The Farm is only about fifteen minutes from our office in Downtown Johnson, but feels like a world away from the hustle of everyday life.

It’s almost time for Candyland Christmas! Some of our counseling team had so much fun decorating this year’s “Calm & Bright” holiday tree.

We hope our tree reflects the things we value most at Summit— compassion, honoring our stories, and leaning into the power of connection. We feel so thankful to be a part of this community and look forward to enjoying the festivity and light that comes from being together (and the fabulous trees)!

Join us for the Grand Tree Lighting in Downtown at 6:30p TONIGHT! After that, the trees will be ready to add a little brightness to your life through January 4th. We’re looking forward to seeing you there! ✨

If you’re looking for an authentic way to connect and express your grief this season, we invite you to join our grief intensive:

𝗪𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲: 𝐀 𝐆𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐆𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐟 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭

Hosted by Summit Counseling at Fauna Forest Farm, this unique intensive offers a nature-based, holistic approach to grief and loss support. Our counselor, Shea Keane, LPC/MHSP/T, will guide participants through trauma-informed and somatic practices to:

-find grounding in a hectic season when expectations are high
-process difficult emotions in a safe and non-judgmental way and
-remember and honor your loved ones throughout your grieving process.

Just fifteen minutes from our Downtown, Johnson City office, Fauna Forest Farm is peaceful and easily accessible for this afternoon session.
