Sunset Ridge Assisted Living is a class CNA Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF), licensed by the State of Wisconsin, providing care to residents with age-related frailties, memory loss due to illness or dementias, and those who need care during terminal illness not requiring nursing (nursing home) care or hospitalization. Professional, compassionate care staff provide assistance 24 hours per day while encouraging residents to remain active physically and mentally. Our class CNA licensing allows our residents to be ambulatory, semi-ambulatory, or confined to wheelchairs. Sunset Ridge is conveniently located near hospitals, medical care, shopping, restaurants, and theatres. Our location of Highway 26 is easily accessible from the communities of Lake Mills, Jefferson, Fort Atkinson, Watertown, and Oconomowoc.

Our residents rolled up their sleeves and filled the kitchen with sweet smells, big smiles, and lots of laughter! 🧁💛 Today’s special? Homemade pumpkin bread—warm, cozy, and absolutely delicious! 🎃🍞

From mixing to tasting (the best part 😉), it was a recipe for a perfect day. Nothing brings people together quite like homemade treats and happy hearts! 🥰🍰

Today was filled with sweet moments, creativity, and reflection 💛

Our residents enjoyed a lively round of Jellybean Bingo—where the prizes were just as fun as the game! 🍬 We also spent time coloring beautiful Easter eggs, each one as unique and vibrant as the hands that created them 🐣🎨

As we gathered, we took a quiet moment to reflect on the meaning of this Good Friday for those that cared to join. Sharing a simple, nondenominational message of love, sacrifice, and hope reminded us all of the importance of kindness, compassion, and being present for one another.

A day full of joy, connection, and meaningful moments—we wouldn’t have it any other way 💕

Our residents were bunny hopping their way into our hearts today—ears we go! 🐇🎶 From giggles to wiggles, this crew had some serious hop-tastic moves and didn’t miss a beat.

There was plenty of laughter, a little bit of silliness, and a whole lot of “some-bunny” having the BEST time 🥰

Today was full of smiles, laughter, and a little friendly competition! Our residents enjoyed a fun horse derby race 🐎, soaked up some sweet moments during a dog visit 🐶, and got creative with crafting projects 🎨✂️

We’ve been busy getting festive and a little snack-happy over here! 🐣🎨🥔

Our residents had a blast creating beautiful Easter designs, filling the room with creativity and plenty of smiles. And because no fun day is complete without a treat—we topped it off with a potato chip tasting! From classic favorites to some surprising flavors, there were lots of laughs and a few strong opinions! 😄

Sunshine, good food, and even better company! ☀️🍽️

Our residents had a wonderful time getting out and enjoying lunch on this beautiful day at Rock Bottom Cafe in Jefferson. From delicious meals to lots of laughs around the table, it was the perfect way to soak up the day and make special memories together.

We love opportunities like this to get out, connect, and enjoy all the great things our community has to offer! 💛

Our residents tried their luck with a fun game of blackjack today! ♠️♥️ Let’s just say… we’ve got some serious card sharks in the building 🦈😄

There were big wins, lots of laughs, and a few “I swear I had 21!” moments. No real money was lost… but a little pride might have been on the line 😉

We love seeing everyone having so much fun and bringing out their competitive side! 🎉
