Who likes molasses? Very interesting post!

Molasses may be a much under-appreciated anticancer superfood. It has 2.6-times the total antioxidant power of farmed USA blueberries, according to one study. Even better, molasses also contains an incredible 5.4-times the polyphenols of . That matters because polyphenols are among the most potent cancer fighters found in fruit and vegetables—and this sweet superfood is no different. A new study has just found that polyphenols extracted from sugarcane slowed the growth melanoma cells by 80%, colon cells by 90%, and leukemia and ovarian cancer cells by 95% in a test tube. We don’t know if molasses will fight cancer in humans yet, but it appears to be a far better choice than refined .

Wrinkles! UGH! Who likes them, but did you know they can be your friends? Your wrinkles, even though we try to cover them up, have physical and emotional meanings.

They give you clues as to what bodily systems you possibly need to support and what emotional events you may have experienced or are experiencing.

Physical type meanings for support could be digestive system, kidneys, pancreas, etc. Emotional could be stress, grief, anxiety, etc.

Changing/improving diet could help with improving skin. Whole foods, nutritious foods, getting rid of sugar and empty calories.
