We have rapid covid testing available. We accept walk-ins Monday and Wednesday 8-5, Friday 8- noon. Tuesday and Thursday by appointment only. Please call the office at 479-927-3100, to notify of arrival. We can bill commercial insurance for the test. Medicare and Medicaid will not cover the cost, so if you have this insurance, there will be a $50 cost paid in full at time of visit.

We have COVID-19 testing if your experiencing symptoms, such as fever, cough, or shortness of breath, or have been in contact with a known positive case. If you are ill, please call our office to make an appointment and we will see you in your car to limit exposure. We have 24-48 hour turn around for COVID-19 testing at this time.

Friends, Family, and Patients, our clinic will remain open during the Corona virus outbreak. For the safety of all our patients, we ask that if you have any symptoms of fever, cough, shortness of breath or upper respiratory infection, do not enter the building. Please remain in your car and call the office at 479-927-3100. A nurse will then come to your car to attend to you. Please also take the necessary precautions to cover your face, such as a bandana, to protect our nurses. We also request no additional visitors in the waiting room, patients only. Essential supplies are limited nationwide and we must use our resources responsibly.

PRP (platelet rich plasma) is a newer therapy where blood is removed from the patient and spun down and these cells are injected back into the patient's damaged or injured area of the body. The PRP is used to stimulate healing of the damaged tissue. Dr. John Kendrick is now performing this service. Make an appointment today to check for candidacy. This service is covered by state employees health insurance.

We will soon be offering virtual visits for simple illnesses/problems. We can do a simple video chat via Facebook messenger, or your cell phone. We will be able to bill insurance for this service, all applicable copays and deductibles will apply. Patient will need to go to the office website and fill out the questionnaire, pay their copay online as well or call the office to pay. If you do not have insurance there will be a $75.00 fee. Then a provider will call to conduct the appointment.

Many people suffer from depression, anxiety, PTSD, and OCD. There is a new alternative, if standard treatments have failed. This low dose anesthetic is a NMDA receptor antagonist that is a safe and reliable alternative treatment, that is given by infusion. The low dose anesthetic may also be infused for patients suffering from complex regional pain syndrome. The low dose anesthetic therapy includes: a total of 4-6 infusions, ideally 3 infusions per week for 2 weeks, then a maintenance infusion every 3-4 months if needed. The infusion is administered by a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist in the office. Patient will be required to see Dr. John Kendrick for an initial evaluation to determine treatment candidacy. The low dose anesthetic infusions are not covered by insurance, but we offer competitive rates.
