1:30 spot, weekly or bi-weekly, starting 10/15/25
2:45 spot, bi-weekly, starting 10/8/25

Thursdays at our West Des Moines location (Soteria Church):
10:30 am, weekly or bi-weekly, starting 10/2

It was so fun to be with Empowering Families last weekend in Waterloo! And it’s true, once you start to understand how trauma affects every part of the brain and body, you can start to approach people and their behavior with a more compassionate and knowledgeable response. And from that compassionate and knowledgeable response, you can help people begin to find healing.
