Wednesdays at our Johnston location (Regus Building):
1:30 spot, weekly or bi-weekly, starting 10/15/25
2:45 spot, bi-weekly, starting 10/8/25

Thursdays at our West Des Moines location (Soteria Church):
10:30 am, weekly or bi-weekly, starting 10/2
