As it stays cold, it's common to feel down. You can help to lift your spirits by spending even just a little time outdoors in daylight. A balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables & whole grains helps mental well-being. Stay connected with friends and family to combat isolation. Get enough rest for a stable mood & overall health. These practices can help you get through the rest of the winter.
