Santa and his reindeer needed to make sure they’re conditioned and ready for Christmas, so they pulled his sleigh through 3.1 miles this morning! Safe to say, everybody is getting their presents QUICK this year! 🎄🎁🦌🎅🏼💨
(With the exception of a couple pit stops of course 👀🍻)

Jingle all the way with us on December 14th! With us shutting down for the renovations, we want to make our reopening day a SPECIAL one and pack the house! What better way to do so than a Christmas 5K?!?! It’s right around the corner and we want the whole crew looking merry & bright, so grab your Santa hats, elf ears, ugly sweaters, red & green gear, or anything festive you can run in and let’s sleigh this run together! one word; THANKFUL!!! 😊🙏

We took the day yesterday to just really enjoy the holiday with our family and simply live in the moment, so didn’t get the opportunity to wish you all a Happy Thanksgiving, however, it gave us even more time to soak in yesterday’s Beast Before The Feast turnout… and just WOW! Packing over 50 members of our Fit Fam into these four walls for one single holiday class is (like the song says) something we’ll never get used to! We’ve been so fortunate enough for this to be the turnout on all of our major holiday classes, but it’s something that truly never gets old and serves as an amazing reminder for us to be so incredibly grateful for where we are, what we have and the people surrounding it! We love you and are thankful beyond words for each and every one of you that continuously support A&D!

We hope you all had a fantastic Thanksgiving surrounded by family, love and laughter! 🦃🙏🖤🩵🤍
