Shedding the Year of the Snake and moving forward into the Year of the Fire Horse with energy, innovation and the potential for transformation ✨ we will start with a nice stretchy stretch, making sure to awaken and move your body with a grounded flow. And we will end in meditation to a Shamanic Drumming version of Om Namah Shivaya 🪘🎶🧘🏻‍♀️ a mantra used for removing obstacles and creating personal transformation/liberation.
