Pyramid Yoga

Pyramid Yoga Vinyasa Power Yoga practiced in a supportive, non-judgmental, non-competitive environment.

Every body is welcome, regardless of age, size, level of fitness, or experience in yoga. All classes are taught by Susan Derderian, an RYT500 certified instructor.
