At Herrmann Family Chiropractic, we are dedicated to restoring and maintaining health to the families of the Johnston and surrounding communities through chiropractic care. Modern chiropractic research shows that not only is chiropractic effective at resolving pain, but it also can effectively manage many other disorders due to the intimate relationship between the spine and nervous system. Communication between the brain and the body is dependent on the integrity of the spine, and chiropractors are the only doctors trained to make specific corrections to the spine to restore this vital communication. Eric and Megan Herrmann opened Herrmann Family Chiropractic in 2014, and Dr. Michael Tiffany joined the practice in early 2022. Dr. Megan specializes in pediatric and prenatal chiropractic after obtaining her Certification by the Academy Council of Chiropractic Pediatrics (CACCP), and has a special focus in cranial adjusting. Dr. Eric specializes in athletes and extremity dysfunctions and earned a postgraduate certification as a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician® (CCSP®). Dr. Eric also holds certifications in kinesiology taping, cupping, and tissue flossing through RockTape. Dr. Michael enjoys helping others to achieve their optimal healthy lifestyle and goals and is certified in Active Release Technique, which is a non-invasive treatment system precisely engineered to locate and quickly resolve soft-tissue disorders. All doctors offer chiropractic techniques learned at Palmer College of Chiropractic, the fountainhead of chiropractic, including Gonstead, Diversified, Toggle Recoil, Thompson Drop Table, and Activator. 🎄Happy Holidays from HFC! Please read for our *adjusted* holiday hours and 2025 reflections.

This year, we celebrated our 11th year in business, and we couldn't be more proud. To show our appreciation, we donated $1,100 to the Children's Cancer Connection, as voted by all of you. We also had dozens of giveaways throughout the year, and loved seeing the joy and excitement they brought. Additionally, we were honored to be chosen as as Iowa Living Magazine's Resident's Choice Awards favorite chiropractic office for the NW metro!

On a personal note, our oldest son, Daxton, turned 6 and started kindergarten, while our youngest son, Maddox, turned 2 and started 2-year-old preschool. It's been a delight to watch them grow and learn, and we are grateful for the opportunity to balance our work and family life.

Dr. Michael celebrated his 3rd anniversary at HFC, and we are fortunate to have him as part of our family. He and his wife, Alyssa, welcomed their second son, Graham, in July, and their oldest son, Kaeson, turned 2 in November. We hope they have a magical holiday season with their sweet family.

In addition, we celebrated Katie's 6th anniversary and Kris' 1st anniversary at HFC. We are grateful for their dedication and hard work, and we look forward to many more years together. We will also soon be celebrating Karen's first anniversary, and we couldn't be happier to have her as part of our team.

As we look back on the past year, we have so many reasons to be thankful. We are fortunate to have such wonderful patients, a fantastic team, and supportive families, and we are excited to see what 2026 has in store for us.

Thank you for being a part of our journey and for making this year a memorable one. We wish you all the best in the coming year and look forward to continuing to serve you with the same dedication and passion.
