I just want to take a moment to say thank you to everyone who nominated me for the Women in Business edition. I am incredibly honored and truly grateful to be part of such a supportive community.

I also want to apologize for being a little quiet on here lately. Life has been very full in the best way — between settling into a new office, a new house, and planning a wedding, things have been moving quickly! Even with the chaos, I’m so thankful that my books continue to stay full because of your trust and continued support.

I also recently noticed that we crossed 1,000 followers, which is so exciting! I promised a giveaway when we hit that milestone, so I will be working on getting that planned soon.

Greetings, citizens of RichlandTownship! Your friendly neighborhood Richland Township Police Department is here to guide you through the blizzard like a GPS for your sanity.

Level 1: Preparation is Key (Like Knowing Where Your Socks Are)

* Emergency Kit? Check. (Includes snacks, right?)
* Shovel? Check. (Or bribe a neighbor.)
* Netflix Subscription? Double-check. (Priorities, people.)

Level 2: Operation: Stay Alive (and Not Annoy Your Family)

* Driving? Only if absolutely necessary. Roads are slicker than a politician's promises.
* Shoveling Snow? Pace yourself. We don't need to add "pulled back muscle" to the emergency call list.
* Cabin Fever Alert: Board games, books, or finally learning to knit. Desperate times, people.

Level 3: Community Support (Because We're All in This Together)

* Check on Neighbors: Especially the elderly or those with limited mobility. Karma points are up for grabs.
* Share Resources: Extra batteries? Firewood? Be a hero, not a hoarder.
