A ground breaking moment for a clients first time.

When you come I don't just connect with those who passed, I am open to receiving all messages my body will do what your body is doing. I will feel any pain, memories or areas that are in need or have a story to tell. That's what guides my work. This is a deep reckoning. To have someone see you for who you are completely, to know where you need love and touch, to understand you and help give you personalized guidance moving forward that will help!

And most times those who have passed have little things to share too. 😇🪽

If you keep "reliving" past trauma, shocks to the heart, anxiety and triggers in the body - take a listen! We go over trauma response in this video and a test of somatic practice, plus some little tips and tricks. How did this exercise go for you?! Were you able to feel joy, what happened in your body, what color did you choose?!
P.S. this is not saying therapy or medications aren't valuable. They serve a purpose however everyone is different and forming a mind to body connection is so so important!

We've been having so many more deep emotional connections to passed loved ones that you just CANNOT deny that they are present with these individuals. Her sister sent her a special song that she would remember. I cannot wait to keep seeing where this will lead us.

Yesterday we attuned two new Reiki Level One Practitioners! This class was so detailed and in depth. We learned about the history of reiki, how to preform self reiki, energy, the gift of the clairs/the chakras, and so much more. We journaled, each participant received a crystal gift and a card pull. We started with a meditation and grounding with bowls and breath. Ended with practice and individual and personalized attuenments. Had some yummy snacks and enjoyed all the elements.
These are perfect for anyone looking to deepen their practice and grow deeper into self care.
We usually rotate through classes once a month. What level are you looking to receive?

Just a few house keeping rules for this page.

I built this business and this page to help people. That's truly all I want to do. I want to help people learn more about their bodies, their minds and their nervous systems. I want to create a safe haven so people don't feel alone. I want you to see where I came to where I am now so that you know it's possible. I want to teach and guide people into places they've never been before. I want to help other people who experience synchronicities, gift of clairs and work with energy to embrace their uniqueness and their magic.
I am all for a debate and seeing other people's sides but I will not tolerate people being demeaning, treating anyone like they're wrong or for anyone to read a comment and feel judged because they believe something different.

This is a no judge zone and a place for people just be who they are and I will do anything to uphold that value as we move forward. ✨️✨️

My favorite thing - watching the breath slide into a calm trace, feeling the body melt under my hands, feeling the energy in the room soften, witnessing each gentle release, seeing my clients land into a place that they never reached before. ✨️

As I watched this and made this, my eyes filled with tears. Happy tears. I did it! I created a space where people can come to move through whatever they need to while feeling supported, loved, safe and cared for.
We often create spaces and places that we felt like we didn't have or needed. I can tell you the hugs are just a sweet little addition to the real support and comfort that goes on in this space.
I AM SO GRATEFUL FOR YOU ALL. ❣️✨️😭

This was so special to me. This was the first time I had ever met this client. My plan was to fold laundry before they arrived. However spirit had other plans. I was told to sit down and tune in. A grandmother prescense was heavily in the room.
She shared so many things about her life. How she checked in with the client, her heart was so big and full of love for the client. I talked about ted hose and circulation issues and it was confirmed. Talked about a dog walking along side her grandmother and it was confirmed.
Listening to their stories and how all the peices fit together was incredibly moving. It was such a joyful moment to be able to bring this all forward. ✨️

Here's the truth. ✨️
My first time ever doing a group reading had me so incredibly nervous. I was out of my element, I had 12 people onfront of me rather than just one or two, everyone could see me, and I was filled with nerves. I was even so nervous that I thought I left my mallets home for my sound bowls and panicked.
After taking the back seat and breathing for a bit, I was in my zone mentally. Things started to really roll through. If you're a skeptic tune in. There is no way to know any of these things. Their step mom came through and was telling me about her eyes- she was blind. Their grandmother came through and was telling me about her last moments. She was showing me her shifting her feet dancing in the chair.
I used to be on the edge about it like is it really real. Anyone can say oh yeah you have a grandma and she says she loves you, right? We all have had one and they all loved us.
But, now that I am here I can truly say it's real. Go to someone you trust. Listen to the details. This year I reallt opened myself up to spirit and I ask them to show me something I could never know. And at the end of the day we do have to acknowledge our human part. Sometimes our minds get in the way of what we actually wanna say. HOWEVER, I am thrilled to be opening myself to this and learning. Stay tuned for more mediumship evidence (if I had to name it heheh)
