Yesterday was full of Soul touch and energy appointments. ✨️
A deep realization- women struggle to be fully held. They want support but their bodies often don't feel trust fully.
(Do a body check in- do your shoulders round forward to protect your heart? Do you have difficulty opening your chest fully?)
With all of my clients yesterday I held them, I guided them through deeeppp breaths, I reminded them to let go, to feel fully supported and it took alittle but they all DID!
They dropped in faster, they were able to relax deeper, and they felt supported and held. In order for women to melt they need to form trust. "Can I fully let go and be caught? Can you hold my body weight (physically/emotionally)?" "Can I be vulnerable without fear?" Once that can be FELT in the body channel it's game over. ❣️

A space for intuition, integration, touch and knowledge.✨️✨️

Took some time to reflect this morning on how lucky we are to be able to offer this work.

Our scope of practice is widddeee.
We have clients experiencing grief, wanting to be more connected to their bodies, deepening their spiritual journeys, healing from trauma, wanting a space to relax&speak freely, going through PPD, moving through lives changes, qanting something deeper than talk therapy, pregnancy, men and women both, children and teens, leaving old relationships, struggling with finding themselves in motherhood, entering new chapters of life, needing guidance or connection to those who passed, needing nervous system regulation. I mean the list goes onnnn!

If you're new here- I am Bryanna. I've been a Mental health nurse for 8 years. I also am a Reiki/Somatic Pracitioner, Breathwork Facilitator, Yoga Teacher, Touch Therapy/ Sacred Ceremony Certified and along this journey embraced my gifts as a medium. I have always wanted a broad scope of practice so I can help anyone who enters my doors. You can't lay until you move , I got you.
You're medically going through it, I got you. You want to go on meditation journeys together, I got you. You wanna connect with the unknown, heard that let's do it. Regulation of the nervous system and connection to your body. Bingooo. Want something deeper than talk therapy - it's here. You want to learn your gifts and get Reiki certified, let's dive in. It's endless possibility here.

Our offerings are deep and unique. We integrate all of our education, certifications and modalities to acheive the highest level of connection and healing. A mix of medical background and magic. Each session is unique to you and what your body wants/needs. The sky is the limit!

Last night's full moon ceremony was magic. Hearing people speak out loud what it was that was holding them back, thanking it and letting it go.
We utilized movement, yoga stretching breathwork and embodiment techniques, meditation, intuitive guidance, Journaling, tea, education about the moon and ended with reiki, tuning fork points and crystal connection.
This has become a gathering station for so many women. A monthly give back to themselves. I am so grateful and look forward to these nights. ✨️❣️
