It’s the moment you’ve all been patiently waiting for. Reformer Pilates classes are open for booking and start this coming Saturday!

Keep reading for important details and information!

-All Reformer classes offered are currently beginner friendly. Basics and equipment will be reviewed thoroughly.

-Reformer classes are 60 minutes long.

-You will notice many more improvements coming to our Redemption Reformed room in the coming weeks (like mirrors, additional equipment, an accent wall, & more).

-We have more reformers being delivered and built within the coming weeks to increase class sizes!

-There will be more class times on the schedule in May, including weekday mornings.

-As always, our instructors are fully certified to provide the best experience while keeping you safe.

-Fit-frequent passes do not apply to reformer classes. Reformer classes do have their own discount package now available on the website.

-Pilates socks are required for classes to ensure your safety. We have them available for purchase at the studio for $7.
