Northern Colorado Long Term Acute Hospital At Northern Colorado Long Term Acute Hospital, we provide long-term acute care services to patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries.

Often these individuals require additional critical care services for medically complex conditions such as trauma, infectious disease, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputation, and ventilator weaning.Our hospital is located in Northern Colorado. We are a free-standing, long-term acute care hospital serving patients in Colorado, Wyoming and Western Nebraska.These efforts have earned us national recognition for our respiratory care services, meeting stringent guidelines that put us in the top 15 percent of hospitals nationwide.

We were fortunate enough to collaborate with our community and have some amazing visitors earlier this week. Every year, CSU's Occupational Therapy program has exchange students from their sister school in Yamagata, Japan to come and visit for a week. NCRH/NCLTAH was able to host these OT students for the afternoon and show them what OT looks like here at our facility and the various ways we can provide excellent care to rehabilitate our patients to have a more independent and fulfilling life. Collaborations like these foster global learning and innovation in rehab care.Thanks for visiting!

Glenda keeps operations smooth — managing labs, monitoring telemetry, greeting visitors, and coordinating patient appointments and transport. Celebrating her one-year anniversary, she loves being part of a team dedicated to excellent patient care.
