Congrats to both of our clients, Lia and Sonia, for completing the Chicago Marathon yesterday 🙌🏽

This is the SECOND Chicago marathon for them, BOTH, with countless other races that they travel around the US to run.

Lia is currently training for her 1st HUNDRED MILER 😲 and comes to see us every 2-3 weeks.

Q: "What Difference have you noticed since receiving regular bodywork"

Lia: "Since receiving regular body work sessions I have definitely noticed a reduction in injuries and it makes my running easier. Recovery is easier as well"

Q: Why did you become a massage therapist?

A: "As a mother of four and a childbirth educator/doula, I learned firsthand how massage and bodywork can positively impact pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period. The more I experienced, the more curious I became about how the body works. Obtaining a license in massage therapy broadened my skills and knowledge, and also my scope of practice, to allow me to better serve others. I can apply all I have learned to work with all people, at any point in their lives. I strive to bring balance, peace, and tranquility to my clients."
