A big ol THANK YOU to our students in our Home Stretch class! We learned alllll the things to be better care givers to family and friends—it was a great time!

And now onto the next great event: tomorrow’s Monthly Meditation class, Matters of the Heart. We’ll delve into the heart space using Metta meditation enhanced with a warm cacao beverage to expand our ability to accept, love, and empathize…it’s a lovely state of mind.
