Celebrating 2026 with New Beginnings!

I’m excited to share that I am now practicing full time at my privately owned office, Luminous Spiral Healing. This change allows me the freedom to offer more flexible scheduling and to emphasize self-compassion and self-care for both myself and my clients–creating more focused and connected client centered care.

I am a **dual certified FNP-C and PMHNP-BC** providing holistic and traditional psychiatric medication management along with **IFS-informed therapy**, working with PTSD, mood disorders, women’s mental health across the lifespan, eating disorders, and clients coping with chronic illness.

I look forward to continuing this work in a way that honors the whole person. 💛
