Attention patients that have recently submitted their application to the state the states website!
The state has added a bunch of extra stuff that you have to type in every year. Some patients that completed their application before the state changed the website, are reporting that they are no longer at level one review and that they have to go back into their application and add the new information. All the information you need to add is located on your physicians written certification.
Not sure how far back this goes at the moment. Therefore, if you are still waiting on your card to be approved, log back onto their website and make sure you are still showing level one review.
