We got an upgrade today for the treatment room!

I’ve wanted an electric table with adjustable height for forever to aide me in manual therapy techniques and easier examinations.

🌟 Client spotlight Eddie & Vicki 🌟

Eddie has coached strength and conditioning, group fitness classes, personal training, and been in the game for many years.

After all the years of training, he developed some shoulder pain and reached out for a helping hand.

In the meantime, his better half Vicki, sustained a pretty excruciating back injury and came for treatment as well.

I’m happy to say they both completed the game plan we had laid out and are pain free.

Thank you both for trusting me with your rehab and look forward to seeing you kill it for many more years!

🌟 CLIENT SPOTLIGHT - Dustin Mahan 🌟

I’ve known Dustin since we were kids and he’s been coming in during each fight camp over the last couple of years.

We’ve worked through shoulder stability, hip mobility, and trunk rotation to improve aches/pains and to improve power.

He’s put in the work and last night defeated an undefeated opponent to win his first title. 🥇

⭐️ CLIENT SPOTLIGHT ⭐️

Ethan came to me a month ago dealing with debilitating shin splints leading up to his big race.

We formulated a plan and he followed it to the letter.

Today he won the 300m hurdle, multiple other races and led his team to winning the conference.

Great work, Ethan!

🌟 Client Spotlight 🌟

Ignacio came in with significant low back and hip pain, with nerve pain running down 1 leg. He was having difficulties getting through the work day and recreational activities, even just moving around. Actually, he limped in for his first appointment.

He’s now squatting, deadlifting, and can move around with no issues.

His new found activity has allowed him to lose a few pounds which was a big goal of his.

Very proud of the work he’s put in!

🌟 CLIENT SPOTLIGHT 🌟

Chris came in with some knee pain with BJJ and striking. After we got him right with his issues, he started doing strength and conditioning programming with us.

He went 6-0 this past weekend all by submission.

Look forward to working with him further and see what he does in the future!

Exciting news!

The PIT Recovery and Performance will now be operating and treating at TWO locations:

Arkansas Muscle Gym is our home base and will be treating patients there throughout the week.

Blue Collar Grappling Academy will now be available for appointments on Saturday afternoons.

Both of these businesses really help their communities, their members, and are built from sweat and dreams. It’s a privilege to be able to treat patients at both of these locations.
