Soul Shine Spotlight: Itzel Cid 💚✨

Itzel, 23 years old is the oldest of 4 and has lived in Jonesboro most of her life. She comes from a Spanish-speaking household and is bilingual, is a full-time student working toward a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice Administration, and in addition to her work at Soul Shine she also works as an Administrative Assistant.

"When I’m there, I stay active with the gym and enjoy taking classes mostly Pilates!" Itzel says. "Working at Soul Shine also gives me the chance to help out wherever I’m needed, which I love."

"I’d recommend Soul Shine because it’s such a welcoming, supportive environment," Itzel shares. "Whether you’re taking classes, working out, or just looking for a positive community, the atmosphere makes you feel encouraged and at home."

Soul Shine Spotlight: Lilli Cockrell 💚✨

Lilli was born and raised here in Jonesboro and is currently a student at Arkansas State University. She works as an Occupational Therapy Assistant on the days she isn't in class.

"I am hoping to continue my career in OT and obtain my Doctorate," Lilli says. "Health has always been important to me, both physically and mentally!"

Lilli discovered Soul Shine through Instagram about 6 months ago and has been making it part of her routine ever since.

"It is more than just a studio, it’s a community," Lilli shares. "The Pilates and Barre classes are my go-to! I also enjoy the gym on the other days - and the sauna of course. Soul Shine is perfect for college students because they have classes throughout the day that work easily around our busy schedule. I love my Soul Shine fam!"
