Nikki is a nationally board-certified massage therapist with nearly 20 years of experience, offering thoughtful, intuitive care tailored to each individual. Her primary focus is Myofascial Release using the John Barnes approach, including gentle intraoral work for TMJ dysfunction, along with specialties such as lymphatic drainage, deep tissue, sports massage, and barefoot Ashiatsu. With advanced education in Exercise Science, yoga, and movement, Nikki takes a whole-body approach that honors the connection between body, mind, and nervous system. Guided by experience, compassion, and a deep desire to help others heal, her work is centered on creating lasting change—supporting clients on both a conscious and subconscious level as they move toward greater balance and well-being.
