Support Area 7 Special Olympics and Arkansas Law Enforcement Torch Run by enjoying a delicious meal at Colton's in Jonesboro tonight! Local first responders will be assisting the wait staff for Tip A Hero. All tips will go to benefit Speciql Olympics Arkansas!

It was a beautiful day to host the Area 7 Special Olympics Bocce tournament! We had a great turnout and lots of medals were won! Thats a win for everyone!!! Thank you Arvest Bank for cooking for everyone! Thank you Frito Lay for providing chips! Thank you to Beverly Lee and Theresa Gates Book for being our faithful fearless leaders! And Special thanks to all our volunteers, coaches and especially our athletes!!!!

Must have own, good reliable transportation as well as ability to pass drug and criminal backgrounds. For our cooking skills classes, participants are learning everything that goes into planning, shopping, and preparing for a meal. This week Sierra and Candace worked with a group and they decided to make a fresh salad as part of our lunch today. They planned out everything they would want in the salad and how much they would need to purchase to feed the number of people we would have to feed. The next day, they went to the store and shopped for their ingredients. Today, they prepared the delicious salad for everyone. Love seeing them excited about what they are doing!
