From the very beginning, we were proud to be one of the first weight loss clinics in Jonesboro to offer GLP-1s — bringing innovative, effective options to our patients when they needed them most. But more than that, we’ve focused on something even more important… building real relationships.

Today is National Cream Cheese Brownie Day 🍫✨

And while we love a good brownie… we love healthier choices even more!
At Elite Weight Loss, we’re all about balance—so enjoy the flavor you crave with lighter, smarter options that still fit your goals 💪💚⬇️

🍫 Healthier Low-Calorie Brownies

Makes 9 brownies

Ingredients
• 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
• ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
• ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• ½ cup granulated monk fruit or erythritol (or preferred zero-cal sweetener)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• ½ cup oat flour (or blended oats)
• 1 tsp baking powder
• ¼ tsp salt
• Optional: 2 tbsp mini dark chocolate chips (still low-cal!)

Instructions ✍🏼
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly spray an 8×8 baking dish.
2. In a bowl, whisk Greek yogurt, applesauce, sweetener, and vanilla.
3. Stir in cocoa powder, oat flour, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
4. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
5. Pour into pan and spread evenly.
6. Bake 20–25 minutes (slightly underbaked = fudgier 😉).
7. Let cool before cutting.
